For Members purchasing booths, only you and your staff may use the booth. Members cannot use their member-specific pricing to purchase a booth for someone else, or to have another run your booth.

Activity attractions, i.e. bouncies, climbing walls, etc. are considered Standard Vendors and require proof of insurance. Electricity is not provided. Rates include booth space only. *Non-Profit requires proof of IRS 501 (c) status. We cannot offer or guarantee exclusive status for similar products or services. Payment must be received by Sept 19, 2024, for (early bird) discount to apply and all applications and payments due no later than October 16th.
